Departure Instructions

Checkout Time is 11:00 AM  

Unless you have arranged a later departure time, we must strictly enforce the 11:00 departure time.  This gives us time to come in and prepare the house for our next guests.  A late departure will result in an additional days rent. 

 

Furniture

Please put furniture back where you found it upon your arrival. 

 

Dishes

Load dirty dishes into the dishwasher and pressing start.

Towels / Linens

Gather up the dirty towels.  Wet towels can be left to hang to dry.  Dry, dirty towels can be placed in the tub.

 

Linens can stay on the bed.  Please do not make the bed.  

 

Refrigerator

Dispose of leftover food in the refrigerator and freezer

 

Garbage

Take out the garbage and place it in the cans on the driveway side of the house.

All trash must be bagged in 13 gallon Kitchen garbage bags 

 

Turn Off

Turn off all lights and fans.

Check to make sure the grill is turned off and clean if you used it. 

 

Heat / Air Conditioning

Turn the heat down to 55 or turn the air conditioner off. (depending on the time of year)

 

Close and Lock

Close and lock all windows and doors that have been opened.

Double Check

Double check to make sure you have all your belongings.

Please, Report any accidents or damage done prior to departure.

Close and lock the door behind you as you leave.
