EXHIBIT 2022
LET ME BY MYSELF: THE LIFE STORY OF ANNE FRANK

July 1 to October 31, 2022

Using large-size pictures, Let Me Be Myself shows the story of Anne Frank from her birth in 1929 to her death in the Bergen-Belsen concentration camp in 1945. Panels also contain images and text about the world around Anne Frank, including the rise of Hitler, the persecution of the Jews, and the Second World War.
While the Anne Frank Story is one that all ages should know, it is essential that young people are aware of her story because it speaks to so many societal issues that unfortunately remain pertinent today. With that in mind, Let Me Be Myself also is created to relate the stories of young people today.

This exhibit is sponsored by the Anne Frank Center USA and was developed by the Anne Frank House.
